The Owners - Wayne and Debbie Anderson
Wayne and Debbie Anderson are a match made in craft beer Nirvana. The couple met while both were working in the craft beer industry. Debbie was a longtime member of Stone Brewing Co. in Escondido California and Wayne was Director of Sales at Oskar Blues based out of Lyons. They both have extensive experience in and all around the hospitality industry and have been a part of craft beers important role in greasing the wheels of society.
Both share a passion for family, friends, great food and great beer. They live on a small farm with their family of 5 children about a mile away from their restaurant in Lyons.
Debbie and Wayne are thrilled to be a part of the wonderful community of Lyons and the craft beer industry family around the country.
You will typically find one or both of the Anderson's at the restaurant or somewhere close by.
